Online Ordering Information:

Online ordering via our secure online shopping cart system is the fastest and most efficient way in which to place an order with Baristatools.Net. It is so simple to order online by browsing Baristatools.Net and adding your desired products to our shopping cart system by clicking on the 'buy' button next to the item you would like to purchase. As you continue to shop our shopping cart facility will continue to hold your items and once you are satisfied with your order, at total price and set shipping price will be calculated for your review. You can then submit your order for immediate processing. The order will then be packed and dispatched to the delivery address provided, with orders placed before 5pm aest being despatched the next business day.

Security:

Security is a major focus of Baristatools.Net. The site uses the secure services of Paypal. For more information regarding Paypal’s services and security policys please visit www.paypal.com.au

Returns Policy:

No refunds will be given if the wrong choice of product is made or if there is “a change of mind”; however, an in store credit will be given up to 7days of the invoice date. The purchaser is responsible for selecting the correct item for their application. Shipping charges are not refundable. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within seven days of receipt. Lost packages and shipping claims must be reported by you to both Baristatools.Net and to the freight carrier used.

Warranty:

A 7 day return policy accompanies all purchases, unless stated otherwise. In the unlikely event of a faulty product, please email us at contactus@baristatools.net for further instructions. The Customer is responsible for any shipping costs involved in returning the product to Baristatools.Net. It is a requirement that all products are returned in original packaging and good care is taken when packaging to ensure no damage occurs in transit.

The terms of our warranty are as follows:

• 7 days return policy
• Returns must be communicated with a Baristatools.Net representative prior to sending
• Original invoice to accompany return

This warranty does not apply to wear and tear, damage incurred during transport and incorrect use. When returning an item please pack item carefully against shock, insure parcel, enclosed original invoice and describe defects. This warranty excludes any liabilities which are not expressed above, such as forwarding expenses or travel.

Shipping / Delivery:

Our products are delivered by Australia Post eParcel or eParcel Express service. A unique tracking number will be emailed to the purchaer regardless of their choosen shipping / delivery method. ALL orders are traceable and require a signature unpon reciept. Orders are shipped the next day after payment has been received. In the event that  the goods are returned to us as “undeliverable” for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery. If orders are then cancelled, any refund will have all delivery charges deducted from any refund amount given.

Premium Shipping – 1-2 days Delivery Time

Australia Post eParcel Express; Registered, Traceable and QUICK!

This service is provided by Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au) and shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checking out based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. This delivery option is best suited to urgent orders. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery within the next 2-3 business days.

Once dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you, and to ensure full traceability your order will need to be signed for upon delivery

Economy Shipping - 1 – 5 days Delivery Time

Australia Post eParcel Regular; Registered and Traceable

This service is provided by Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au) and shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checking out based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery within the next 3-5 business days.

Once dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you, and to ensure full traceability your order will need to be signed for upon delivery.

International Orders:

We do accept international orders. All orders will be packaged and shipped as per the Australian Government and Australian Customs policy. DHL is our preferred shipper.

Privacy Policy:

Baristatools.Net is committed to supporting the national Privacy Principles which set clear standards for the collection, use, storage and access of personal information which is obtained as part of business operations. To process your order we require certain information from you, e.g. your address. If you do not provide us with this information we will not be able to supply the products or services you have required. Information you supply to Baristatools.Net will only be used to provide you with the products and services you have requested and, unless you advise us otherwise, we may also send you special offers and promotions. If at any time in the future you wish to remove your name from our customer list you need advise Baristatools.Net. As required by the Privacy Act you may also check and correct the accuracy of personal details at any time. Baristatools.Net is not involved in the selling, trading or alternative unauthorized use of personal information. We will not, on any circumstances pass on personal details to other organisations, unless required by law.
